Estou com dificuldades de locomoção, e faço uso de bengala. Todos os pisos eram antiderrapantes, ficando fácil o acesso à todas as instalações do resort. Os funcionários sempre sorridentes e atenciosos, prestativos com a minha deficiência.

O hotel não vale o que oferece

O quarto 123 possui estrutura nova, as piscinas são de bom tamanho, vista para o mar é linda

O quarto 123 fica no último bloco, 2º andar. Não tem elevador, difícil transportar as malas. Não tem isolamento acústico. Muita sujeira nas escadas. Tinha um mal cheiro horrível de esgoto vindo de fora do quarto, sempre exalava a tarde. A água do chuveiro inundava o box, pois no ralo não descia rápido. O vaso sanitário estava solto. Não tinha sequer uma cadeira na varanda do quarto. Péssima iluminação nas áreas do hotel, jardins, piscinas, inclusive no ambiente das refeições. Não há cerca separando hotel da praia, fui bastante incomodado por ambulantes mesmo dentro do hotel.

Do almoço e jantar. Comida maravilhosa.

Do café da manhã. Não tinha opções, bem fraco. Do quarto, precisa de reforma.,Aliás, o visual é lindo, natureza linda, porém precisa melhorar muito. Recepção não gostei. Tem tudo para ser um excelente Resort, porém com reforma e ter um local coberto. Chovia no restaurante.

Excelente custo benefício!

A localização é muito boa, em frente à praia. Os jardins, super bem cuidados, com um riozinho, são muito bonitos. A piscina é muito boa e os funcionários bem atenciosos.

Apesar do hotel ser um excelente custo-benefício, a comida poderia ser um pouco melhor, ainda que com isso aumentassem um pouco o valor da diária.

Atendimento

A comida estava muito saborosa. O local é muito bonito, os atendentes são atenciosos, simpáticos e prestativos.

O atendimento na recepção durante o check-in foi muito demorado e burocrático. Tentei incluir uma pessoa na minha reserva e só souberam dificultar o processo, passar informações incompletas e me constranger. Acabaram perdendo a oportunidade de ter mais um hóspede. Algumas regras deveriam ser mais claras em relação à entrada de visitantes e day use, considerando que eu estava com um grupo de 7 pessoas, achei inconveniente a forma que trataram a situação. Acho que a piscina deveria ter uma atenção maior em relação ao atendimento, assim facilita p quem quer fazer algum pedido.

We had a group of 12 in 3 rooms for a 3 night stay overall we enjoyed our stay the beaches are beautiful

The property is in the process of being renovated the room was nicely decorated and the common areas were nice

I thought the cleaning could be better and the staff could be friendlier and at least say good morning.

Not bad for a break

Location, view and some staff. Good variety of breakfast and dinner

First point to state hair in the meal we ask at the bar, secondly they don't enough pool towels (remainder that they charge you every day if you change the towel unacceptable), we order a meal at the bar more than half an hour later they come back to tell us that they don't have meat for the burger, beach chars and tables very out of date amd almost all are broken. Doesn't justify the price for the hotel conditions and last complain since 29th up to 31at that we be without light in the bathroom we spoke with they 3 times and never was sorted.

Very Good

The food was amazing. The kitchen/bar area is carrying the hotel in many ways. The staff is very friendly and the pool area is very nice. Breno was the nicest of the staff, and we became close to him, he was an amazing helper with the language barriers and his smile and professionalism were spot on.

Almost nobody speaks english or spanish, just portuguese. We had David, the manager who was very welcoming and Breno basically shadowing us, the whole 9 days. This isnt great to be honest, many times we ended up using sign language to order our drinks, not terrible, because most of the staff was super sweet, but there were some moments, where it would have been amazing for them to understand just a bit of spanish or english. Another big bummer was the internet. Sadly when the people were using the internet, it slowed down, to the rate where you can only use basic functions. In 2023, this is unacceptable by a 4 star standard, in my humble opinion. We bought an ESIM so we saved ourselves a little, but honestly, its not that difficult to build out a super fast internet network for a hotel this size (quite small). Surely this should be fixed, the only reason its not a big issue, is that 95% of the guests are from Brasil. For the 5%, will be difficult. That was us. We did have a very good time, so Im only writing down these for the sake of constructive criticism.

I expected it to be much better.

The bed is clean and comfortable, there is a spacious bathroom and the air conditioning works very well and has no odors.

There are many insects inside the room, especially in the bathroom. When room service is done, it is very clean but in our case we had to ask them to clean it, as we were on a very dirty beach due to the sand. The resort charges some fees and does not inform about them or the obligation to pay, after all, most of them are optional. We stayed in a room very far from reception and when we arrived they didn't help us with our bags to the room.
